Reciprocal

We are pleased to offer our membership reciprocal play at the following courses. Please remember you are representing your club when you play elsewhere, always respect other courses as well as their members. Most reciprocals courses will waive your green fees and only charge you a cart fee.However, cart fees are a must. The following is the procedure you are to use when playing elsewhere:
- Hillendale's Pro Shop will have a reciprocal book for you to list in writing at least 48 hours in advance what course you want to play, the names of all players in your party and what day and time you are looking to play. You need to give a two hour window and also should consider an alternate course in case the course you want is not available.
- Hillendale's staff will then make the call for you and verify all players who are members and reciprocal players and ask for permission for you and your group to play as guests of the course.
- Hillendale's staff will have your tee time and date written down in the reciprocal book when you come in the Pro Shop to verify your tee time.
- If you need to cancel, please have the courtesy to do so with either Pro Shops, but canceling is a must.
You must contact Hillendale's Pro Shop 48 hours in advance in writing to make reciprocal tee times.
